One of two inmates that escaped from the Orange County, Theo Lacy facility, Monday August 18, 1997 between the hours of 8:25am and 9:00am The escape was made by cutting holes in both security fences at the south east portion of the facility and fleeing in a car that was waiting for them on the W/B I-22 freeway near the I-5 interchange.
Witnesses reported seeing two men dressed in jail jumpsuits getting into a 1988/89 gray Toyota Tercel two door, lowered with chrome rims.
Both men were being held on charges of robbery committed in the City of Santa Ana on December 11, 1996.
Last known address: Rafael Cisneros Rosales is wanted for three counts of rape. While in custody, ROSALES escaped while being transported to court.
