Budget Services develops and monitors the Department’s Five-Year Strategic Plan and 21 departmental budgets, which total over $633 million in fiscal year 2010-11. For each of the departmental funds, staff conducts ongoing financial forecasts and develops annual budgets for inclusion in the County’s budget.
