OCSD is participating in the 7th Annual Battle of the Badges Blood Drive competition benefiting the American Red Cross. This is a spirited competition amongst more than 200 different Southern California law enforcement agencies - each vying to recruit healthy blood donors at a time of the year when donations traditionally decline.
